The food was bland and thrown together they overloaded the lettuce on the sandwich to make the sandwich look big I had more lettuce than meat when I walked in I was barely greeted I should have followed my first choice and went to the Trussville location

I think the kindest people in the world happen to all work at this firehouse! They were so friendly as soon as I walked in. We laughed and cut up the whole time until I left. My girl Mckensie is the best! Thank y’all for exceptional service and such kindness!

Nice BOBO offer med sub. Ordered in app day in advance. Arrived 1 min prior to scheduled pickup time just as they were bagging up my order. Hot, fresh and delicious with one to share with my son. What's not to love about that? Thanks Firehouse!!!

I am totally disappointed with them as a brand, I was not aware of how the point system worked. I went in to get my birthday sub and was unable to because i had not been in recently and spent money, I always get my sub here but I don't always use the app. So when it came time for a birthday reward. Just a lucky situation don't let your points expire 😒😒😒😒

1 star because the Black Lady at 1226pm on May 1st was very Ghetto and Unprofessional and talking about me and everyone who came in the store as if she really wanted to be a Stand up Comedian. Will not come back unless she is removed. She downgrades Firehouse Subs as a Franchise.

Amazing experience! Keyona is the sweetest and takes a great care of her team. Jamiyah was the kindest and made me feel at home. They made the hell out my sandwich my jaw hurts.?
