Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This restaurant was clean and had a very friendly staff. The hamburger steak was dry and overcooked, the fries was nothing special. The shake I ordered was the worst pumpkin pie food I've ever tasted. It was hard to eat the whole meal. Please do better. There was no crowd no excuse.

Best pattymelt I've every eaten. Love the shoestring French fries. It's fast service, very reasonably priced food & CLEAN.

I saw a review on here about someone had the special BBQ Brisket Steakburger and decided I would try it but never got to do it until today and was surprised they still had it going on. LOVED IT!! The BBQ sauce is sweet yet tangy but not overpowering like many BBQ places. The brisket on top of the double steakburgers were plenty and each strip was really meaty and not loaded with a lot of fat like other BBQ places. The pickles and sweet onions on top were a kicker also as they really added to the flavor with every bite. I am glad I had a big hungry appetite though because that burger was more than enough for a meal especially the healthy helping of shoe string fries!! Well done also to the staff for the prompt service from the moment I walked in with a welcome to Freddy's and the friendly smile of the cashier and the thank you from the cook when I picked up my order at the service counter!! Impressive for a fast food operation, but I will admit that having good employees to pass on the right attitude when working is important and this crew made the grade on that and more!! Thank you everyone!!

If you have not tried the special burger at Freddy's yet you only have a couple more days before it disappears. Run in now and get this Brisket BBQ Steakburger if you want something scrumptious but they are only running it on a test until the end of August. I SURE HOPE they put it on the menu as a regular item like they did with the Prime Rib Burger!! ARE YOU LISTENING FREDDY? lol lol....to thell the truth the brisket and BBQ sauce is right up there with Jim and Nicks only a lot less money!! AND if you are a senior or ex-Military make sure you tell them and get 10% OFF!! THANKS FREDDY!!

The food was great the service was fast it was a great sandwich I had the hamburger and fries!
I love the shoestring fries they were so good.

My only fault was, it was really expensive I mean it wasn't any more expensive than McDonald's and it was a lot better for you than that too, but it still was $14 for a regular you know hamburger double hamburger with French fries and a coke with still you know $14..

Like I said, If you go order a number one at McDonald's it's going to be the same price. Except for Eddie's is a lot fresher ingredients and better for you in the actual real meat.
So it's a lot better to come to Freddy's where it's real meat and real food and and it's not all that other ingredients inside of it so, it was expensive I mean don't get me wrong it's $14 for a hamburger and french fries and a coke which is outrageous, but it's not anywhere more expensive than McDonald's Burger King or any other joint except it's a lot higher class ingredients. They do not use the same kind of hamburger meat you can just look at it and it's not anything that they've gotten out of the Frozen deli, I mean they do this every morning, they do it as you order the food they do it it's not prepared with all kind of crap ingredients inside of it this is great food so don't get me wrong I'm not downgrading the food at Freddy's are saying it's too expensive as opposed to McDonald's or anywhere. I'm just saying it's expensive in general just like everything else is except it is better for you and better food then you're going to get anywhere else

4 times in one month, they are out of Custard. Everytime a different reason.

If I could give no stars I would. We doordashed food to the hospital and had to contact DoorDash about missing items and cold food. They still didn’t send the missing items along with some other things the 2nd time. Do better or find a different job. And for the love of God learn how to answer a phone. This is ridiculous people order food stuck in a hospital just to not get it.

Smashburger was very juicy, drive thru worker had a great attitude, which is rare these days. It was pleasant to experience a positive attitude from a chain fast food restaurant.

Food good and hot. Cashier was a little pushy

First time going and we had a wonderful experience, the lady was super nice and friendly and the food was really good. We will definitely be returning.

Bathrooms are nasty; no paper-towels or soap; condiments out or low. Love the food but the bathroom needs attention.

I absolutely love Freddy’s frozen Custard and steak burgers. It is so delicious. Was definitely what I was wanting to eat!! I will definitely come back again.
