Horrible service. I was ordering tonight at the speaker and NeydaC interrupted me wanting me to hurry up. I asked for ketchup and she responded "I heard you". You can keep them dried burgers.

Friendly fast service. Facility exterior looks worn. The special, Grilled Bacon Cheeseburger didn't deliver to expectations, while other specials consistent had. Fries are awesome... Thin, fresh, crisp,and hot.

Been standing in line for 15 mins. No ine is taking orders, there's ine girl in drive through, serving, and I guess front counter? Have had no greeting, not even been looked at. Multiple people in line leaving.

Waiting 30 minutes for a hamburger and another 20 for one ice cream is beyond acceptable. We were eating in the restaurant, which had ALL dirty tables, floor unswept. It was not a busy time with only two other customers in the place. I’m likely to never eat again at a Freddie’s. And the burger was more like a salt tablet than meat. Sorry for the bad family experience.

Honestly, not a fan… The prices are ridiculously high and the service is poor. We showed the other night the intercom was out of order… So we pulled around and no one showed up at the window for two minutes. Finally, two girls peaked around the corner as though they really didn’t want to take our orders… It was an hour before closing. Just a poor experience. We left.
