The atmosphere is nice and not too loud, with a pleasant patio area. The carrot ginger soup and steak entree are delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The shrimp and grits dish also has good flavors. While the monk fish dish didn't suit everyone's personal preference, the other dishes were enjoyable. The standout dishes include the Risotto Monkfish, with tender fish and creamy risotto, and the succulent pork dish with amazing crispy seasoned potatoes. The Gumbo was tasty but didn't stand out as much. Overall, The Anvil provides exceptional food and service, making it a recommended spot for quality dishes in a welcoming setting.
