Most amazing experience ever!!! From speaking to Todd on the phone and him happily answering all my questions (and taking extra time due to it being my son's birthday) to placing our order through the Drive-Thru and a phone call back to the restaurant - everything was MAGICAL!!! THANK-YOU TODD!!! Due to your kindness, my son's day was extra wonderful!

Great service, food and atmosphere. Nice selection of draft beers, including Wicked Weed. Associate taking my order at first station was wonderful, as busy as it was on July 4th.

Listen I don’t know who granddaddy and uncle on that grill but the ribs so good didn’t need a slap of sauce and to whoever mama, grandma, auntie, cousin in that kitchen because the macaroni and cheese taste like big mama made em and the beans you know cousin Shirley made em 10/10

I made a trip of 20 miles just to get family loaded baker potatoes and my lick they were out and wait time was 30 mins. Well I waited and when they were ready a young lady came out and let me know. Can’t complain about service. And Im glad I waited, it was worth it. Even though I forgot my sons corn on cob he forgave me.

I love this spot! As a French tourist exploring Birmingham, I had such a wonderful time here. Everything was simply fantastic, especially the attentive service and the delicious brisket and pulled pork—not to mention the delightful key lime pie!

I ordered a kids meal bbq sand-which today and got two HUGE bones that’s were an inch long in it! Thank goodness my children don’t eat BBQ. Please do better. As a parent I am very disappointed. This is the biggest choking hazard.

You could smell the smoked meats as soon as you walked in! That's how you know it's a great BBQ joint. I ordered a large catering order and Christine and her team took great care of us. If you're looking for great BBQ and service in the afternoon, head to the Full Moon!!

Whatever you’re paying Christine double it.
She is the sweetest human ever.
DoorDash messed up our order so we called full moon and Christine personally met me in Chelsea with a whole new order plus MORE.
She really turned our night around.

I’m serious this woman needs a raise.

I hardly ever see good customer service anymore and this was a fresh fresh reminder of how good people can be!

Delicious food and beyond amazing service. I got the baked potato with brisket. It was enough for 2-3 meals. Meat was tender and the potato was cooked spot on. Customer service was by far the best I've seen. Went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. Definitely recommend coming here for lunch or dinner.

I’m shocked that this restaurant has gone down a lot! Since last year. I ordered the half rib platter. It was terrible! The Mac and cheese definitely came out of a box stove top! The collard greens were greasy. And the ribs were so salty I couldn’t eat them! I had to throw the whole thing away!
