Rickey J's Bakery is sooooo good! Had to get a cake for a birthday party recently and went to Edgar's & got a few cupcakes to sample before making a decision. Let's just say I was underwhelmed. I even considered going to a grocery store, but did some online research for a good local bakery and saw reviews for Rickey J's. The reviewers are spot on. I needed to pick up a Valentine treat for my husband and heard about this place last month. Something came up where I would not make it to another bakery in time before they closed. I asked a couple of people if they had tried it, but neither of them had. Yelpers had great reviews of this bakery, so I decided to give them a try.
