Full Moon Bar-B-Que

We went for Sunday lunch. Was busy but takem care of kinda quick. I got the baby back ribs. Delicious. Husband got classic ribs. Must be beef & sauce too spicy. He said he won't order those again. Otherwise, lunch was great

Prices are way to high for what’s offered. Mac n cheese was gummy and tasted like watery pepper. Fries were crunchy and not salted at all!! It was 37$ and some change for two plates and I checked my card next day, they charged me $45 and some change🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 this is not okay, I definitely would not have paid $45 for the quality of food received!

To have only decent bbq and then to put a puke like substance you call “chow chow” all over my food without asking is just absurd. I ordered over $40 in food for the kids and I tonight. Ended up scraping a good portion of contaminated meat in the trash. Food allergies are a thing. Maybe someone has to get sick and sue before you change your procedures but at least ask before you ruin my order with your vomit like substance. Guarantee if you remove it off the menu nobody would miss it. Should have gone to Jim-N-Nix

Me and one of my son's both ordered the half pound cheese burger small fry and large drinks and it was over $40 bucks and between both of our burgers there wasn't anything close to a half pound and something on the burgers smelt like it was ruined and it wasn't worth eating so neither of us could finish our food , won't waste that money again

I love Full Moon BBQ but I think something must’ve happened because today, I got the baby back rib plate and brisket plate and I wasn’t happy with it. The order was correct, no problem with that, but it just wasn’t as good as it was in my past visits.

Brisket was so dry, it’s felt like I was eating Medium Well steak and not brisket. Used to fall apart and was cooked to perfection but today, I had difficulty getting the brisket off my fork because of the dryness and it felt chewy. The baby back ribs also were a miss unfortunately. They both taste fine but I think either the texture of both meats were overcooked or the quality of meats is not what it was before. Fried green tomatoes were so greasy, I ate a half and wasted the rest because it was so soggy and oily. The fries were just “eh..”. Baked beans looked like they have been sitting in heat for over a day and felt super thick and darker in color than usual.

Customer service is good, kind employees. I hope whatever the issue is gets fixed because this is not what I expected from this particular visit. I really love Full Moon, but I am kinda disappointed.

I must shout out GM Jeff Lewis and his amazing team for an awesome catering experience yesterday. Myself and my guest were very impressed with the freshness and quality of all three proteins ordered. The turkey, pulled pork /rib tips!!! and chicken were juicy and delicious. This was a great option and didn’t break the bank! Thanks guys!

Poor customer service.....they gave us someone else's order when we got home and opened it we realized that it was food we couldn't eat ( religious beliefs) and then we had to return , once we return they had our food STILL waiting...and it was COLD !!! THEY OFFERED NOTHING AND TOOK BACK THE FOOD THEY INITIALLY GAVE US AND KEPT IT !!! we all know they can't reserve it or maybe they did????. They could of offered a gift card , FRESH FOOD or something for our troubles and their mistake. It's ok we only stopped there once before and it was poor customer service that time as well. JIM AND NICKS WILL BE WERE WE GO FROM NOW ON...ENJOY

I made a trip of 20 miles just to get family loaded baker potatoes and my lick they were out and wait time was 30 mins. Well I waited and when they were ready a young lady came out and let me know. Can’t complain about service. And Im glad I waited, it was worth it. Even though I forgot my sons corn on cob he forgave me.
