Coffee and cats, what more could you ask for? The decor is great and all looks handmade, they are essentially a shelter where you can adopt the cats as well. Such a great mission and such a great way of accomplishing it. New favorite spot in Bham!
This is my happy place. Calm, quiet and kitties!!! I love being able to show the shy kitties that humans can be good to them. I feel the cafe gives these cats a great chance at getting adopted. No one can show their best side while in a cage. I could spend hours watching the babies nap and play. And when one chooses to sit in your lap? I'm beyond happy. And the staff was patient with me when I was gushing about progress with a shy one.
Gatos and Beans were so helpful during the adoption of Abby and Alec! They were very attentive and answered all of my questions. This is a great cafe with an awesome mission. Even if you are not looking to adopt, stop by and grab a coffee to support!
