Giuseppe cafe is a nice little restaurant in downtown birmingham been wanting to try it and finally did on my last trip to uab. I ordered seven vegetables penne and that was so delicious 😋 and my mom got chicken Alfredo and enjoyed it.

Just want to say I've always had a good experience with this place....whether it is dining in or just picking up a to go order! The staff they have working there is always great, especially Jake, and Kelly. Definitely a cool little spot.

I visited around lunch time so it was kinda busy, comfortable family cafe. The food was great, authentic Italian food. The cashier had great service, but she was really stretched thin. She had to take orders, run the register, and attend to the customers' dining in. So there were times we had to wait for dining needs due to only one person working the front of the house. Overall good experience. I will visit again.
Small place but huge on in the food department. The meatball sub was delicious, because the meatballs are packed with flavor. Good serving size. Definitely the place to try and return for Italian food.

Always make a point to stop here when in town. Staff is friendly and helpful making a decision for those having a problem picking from the options. The Italian beer is a nice option, too. Try the caramel cheesecake!
