I am super impressed with this location. They were already closed (by 45 minutes) this evening and we stopped by for cookies with our two kiddos. We realized the doors were locked and our kids were super bummed and began to cry. A sweet lady from inside hear them and came to open up the door, offered them cookies, AND a ring. It’s things like this, going out of your way when it’s not necessary and no one is watching, that makes me want to give you all my business.

Had an unfortunate experience at the Gadsden Highway location where they claim they did not get my order. The ladies at the Pinnacle location were able to get my cake together and decorated quickly and were a pleasure. Renee did a great job decorating and making up for the experience at the other location. I will order from here only from now on!

Awesome experience! I ordered the cake online about 24 hours in advance (it says only 2 hours needed). The order was ready for us when we arrive! Renee was amazing! I only asked for words on the cake, but when we got there she offered to add the baseballs for us! She quickly (less than 5 min) added the decorations. Such great customer service!

Had an AMAZING experience with the manager, she was able to match a very detailed picture of a Pokémon character for my husband’s birthday cake, I cannot thank her enough!!! So great, he LOVED it!!

This is like my third time coming to the store I keep ordering chewy pecan supreme cookies and instead of them saying they don’t have the cookie they keep selling another type of cookie I used to love this place I’m never going back

It's ok, but half of the cookie flavors aren't correct at all. For example, the mocha salted caramel cookie has absolutely NO mocha taste whatsoever. It just tastes strange and extremely artificial. Same for the liquid chocolate cookies they just taste like artificial sweetener. The double chocolate tastes great as it should, it's just some of their cookies are strange and artificial.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!! Was there earlier today, had the best customer service. Cudos to that manager for training their people right. They could use a sign at the end of the road saying they're there. If I would'nt have drove up the hill I would have never known.

All of the employees are very nice, ive been doing construction on the new dental office next door and these ladies have been great! We are over there at least 10+ times a day getting our refills and cookies!!! Thank ya'll so much.

I was craving cookies and found this location at the strip mall but was quickly disappointed by poor customer service today (9-20-19). The woman working today at 3:30pm seemed annoyed and reluctant to assist me in selecting a cookie. When I told her I had changed my mind altogether about purchasing anything she proceeded to roll her eyes and walked away. This is the first time I have ever experienced such poor service at a Great American Cookies location and I do not plan on returning if she is a reflection of how customer service is handled at this location.

They didn’t have any cookies it was almost empty, the cashier made my little sister cry had an attitude with her and rolled her eyes her face expressions were awful. Tried taking out my sister for some cookies since it’s national sister day and her day was ruined because of that lady. If you’re going to work at cookie place where kids show up show some excitement at least a smile.
