Hollywood grill food truck

These people worked their butts off to serve the people of Oak Grove for the community fun day. and served up the best wings I've ever eaten. 5 stars.

The food is hot, fresh and delicious, and customer service is professional and kind.

Worst experience ever. Still waiting after an hour and a half for our tacos and cheeseburgers. Women slow as Christmas and rude, horrible customer service. Will never eat here again cause they made me miss all of my events I wanted to go to.

We had the truck at our neighborhood family fun day. Everyone complimented the food and the service. Lots of different food choices for people to choose from. Great to work with. Very prompt in replying to requests when booking.

First time trying this food truck definitely impressed. Philly Tacos had a unique flavor very good and tender . The wings were fried perfect with buffalo sauce , sauce had great flavor! Would eat here again.

Had it for a game when Samford was playing the East Tennessee State University (ETSU) Bucs. The dish I recommend getting is The Hulk Burger. I had it and it was the best burger for concession food trucks for a football game. What also made it better was The DOGS beat the BUCS (42-28). THANK YOU GUYS!

they were at Lowe's in Homewood today for Pro Appreciation. tried the cheese burger and it was absolutely fantastic. the flavor in the burger and the melted cheese was a perfect combination. the seasoning on the fries has me wanting more. highly recommend

The food was fantastic! My food came off the grill hot and ready and I throughly shocked!! On top of all of that, the service was something I’ve never experienced before because it was amazing. I definitely recommend getting the “Showtime” special because it blew my taste buds off the charts! Definitely will be coming back. 10/10

We ordered food (Two hotdogs with fries x2 and a cheeseburger with fries ) from this truck at 12:25pm and finally got it at 1:50pm. Appreciate everyone has an ‘off-day’ however if you think this is an acceptable service time, regrettably you are in the wrong business. There were LOTS of unhappy customers who were missing the event activities they had come to attend because they had to stand about in the heat waiting a ridiculous time for their orders and to be honest the wait was certainly not worth it for the quality of food finally served up. They refused to refund us and expect people to just wait on them. Stinks in terms of customer customer service. Around 30-40 people were very thankful for us for telling them just how long they would be waiting and these people were able to spend money at other food trucks which managed to serve them while we were still waiting.

waited outside for 40 minutes. ordered wings and onion rings. everything was small, hard, and not warm. pretty disappointed
