Save your time ordering online. Your food still won’t be ready when you get there bc they don’t start making it until you get there. It’s happened more than once that I’ve pulled up and had to wait over 30 minutes. Usually I order a meal, but this time I only ordered 2 shrimp spring rolls bc I told myself they’d surely be done on time and when I ordered online it gave me a 25 minute pickup time. I arrived at that time and the 2 spring rolls were still not even started and THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY! She took my payment then told me that it my order wasn’t ready and when I asked for a refund she kept saying “No refund…cook very fast”. I told the lady at the window that I order ahead of time on my lunch break so it can be ready and her response was: “Ok, so that means you don’t have to come anymore since you in hurry”. I surely won’t order her anymore and I’ll save all of the group orders from my job and take them elsewhere

I ate here years ago and it was great. I know times have changed for everyone but I just spent $20 on some nasty food. If I could return it I would. The food was hot but that’s it. Rice tasted like old cooking oil. So did the chicken.
If u call in they get very impatient with u like u have 12 sec to complete your order or they will get rude but the chicken on the stick is what I get and it is very good everytime I get

I'm never coming back to eat here because of the quality of food here. I purchased Mongolian beef and all I seen was onions. The onions covered the beef so much because they barely put enough beef. Then the lady dug up her butt and that's disgusting. Never going back. I paid $13.20 for Mongolian beef when I could have went to Western Hills mall and bought two plates for $16 $3 more. If I have $20 to my name I will put $4 in my gas tank and go all the way the Western Hill mall Chinese before I go to Hong Kong.

I'm only giving this one start because 0 isn't an option! I came to sit down and eat but I wanted my order packed to go, that was an issue! I ordered 2 lunch specials and was over charged and when questioned the total I was told there was no brake down of my order! The sweet and sour sauce that was on the table was spoiled, tasted like bud light! Crab Rangoons were so hard I couldn't even bite them! Egg rolls we're supposed to be shrimp but it was just spicy cabbage!
