I was told 15 minutes when I called. Total time was 36 minutes. The employee argued with me about he was busy. Told me 2 more minutes, then told the lady behind me 4 minutes, 8 minutes later she got hers and I was STILL standing there. Been there 50 plus times, probably go back 1 day.

I love the food! But tonight is the third time I've ordered from this location and it's the third time I didn't recieve my icing with the cinnamon bread! Employees need to learn how important certain sauces and condiments are for certain foods. I don't want cinnamon bread without icing! All three times I've ordered from this location they've left out the icing! It's ridiculous!

I placed an order online on 1/13/24 (two weeks ago from the date of this review). One of the items that I ordered was not available, but I was not notified until after I had paid and was on my way to pick up the rest of my order. When I arrived at the store, the person at the register said that only the manager can process a refund. I have called and visited the store in person, and have yet to receive my refund. The manager is never available when I try to contact them.
