My wife and I had the Strawberry and banana pancakes were AWESOME!! The only lacking was service. It's sad when the manager was working harder than the wait staff. Other than that. I highly recommend this place!! There are many items on the menu that we are coming back for!!

Only reason i'm giving 2 stars is for the server. He's young and looking to get ahead in his early career. Both my wife and i ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. My wife thought they put tomatoes on mine but didn't. Turns out our chicken was not cooked thru. Hope we don't get sick! Told the manager about this and made sure the person doing the cooking is schooled on this serious issue.

Took about 15 minutes to be seated. The people in front of us had been waiting for about 15-20 minutes! No one in sight to tend to us so we could be seated. One of my friends had to find someone and tell them we were all waiting to be seated as others were coming in! There were several tables not being used. Seemed like they had plenty of staff around. No one seemed rushed to try to help. Me and my friends got our food "before" our silverware and we had to "ask" for it!!! Took awhile to get our food- 30 minutes!!! And took forever with everything else! No one refilled our drinks. The hospitality is much to be desired. This is the absolute worst eating experience and worst ihop. Never coming here ever again!

Very little professionalism in this place. I personally have worked in the restaurant industry and know what is to be expected. My friends and I sat for nearly 2 hours. We ordered omelettes that came with pancakes; we had completely finished our omelettes and sat for a solid 15 minutes before receiving our pancakes. Two staff members engaged in a verbal altercation in the middle of the store. Absolutely ridiculous experience.

the worst place i have ever eaten in my life honestly. We waited 20 minutes before we even got our drink orders taken. We waited another 20 minutes for the food to come out, which was absolute trash. The pancakes were soggy and the fruit was literal MUSH!!! Our server also give me the wrong side and forgot my boyfriends pancakes, we were not given ONE SINGULAR refill the entire time. For the love of god please do not eat here.

Even though we arrived 30 minutes before closing, we were greeted in a friendly manner and our food was on the table fast. We never felt rushed and the food was delicious.
Horrible. The service was horrible. We waited over 10 minutes at the door before anyone acknowledged us. Once seated, we waited over 15 min before our server showed up. He got our order. After another 20 min, we got our food. Drinks and silverware arrived 5 min later. Eggs has already crusted over. My crepe was burnt. Bacon was tasteless. I then discovered our server was new. So, I gave him a few tips and pointers. He listened very well.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The person we got pver our table took her sweet time to come, we been here since 12 PM, we sat at our around 12:10 we didn’t even get acknowledged by 12:20 and that was only for the drinks. By 12:30 is when we got our orders in and by 12:50 we got our foods. The timing was already off, but that’s not such a big issue. What is so polarizing about this place is that, the waitress did not explain anything to us about the things we got, only after you questioned why is it like this. I am not tipping the lady Tonya at all, I don’t care if she’s all smiles and giggles or lightens up the place. She needs more training on how to approach a table and explain things throughly.

I usually like going to IHOP & my daughter enjoys it as well, so we decided to go. It wasn't too busy, but our waitress seemed occupied. On top of seeing a roach that almost crawled on my daughter, they mixed up our order AND the food was cold. It may have been the location, so I might not visit that particular restaurant again. When they asked me if I enjoyed it, I told them the truth & said no. They are usually better than they were on this day, which makes it more disappointing...
