They never give a lot of fries with the tender meal and get offended when you ask for more. They also give you baby tenders and feel you should be satisfied. This has happened to me a few times at a few different Jacks so y'all should just do better all around.

Came through drive through. They forgot my biscuit. Called up there to let them know and they had an attitude about fixing the order. How do you inconvenience someone and then give them attitude when they have to drive back to the restaurant and wait for food again that’s already been paid for? Bad service.

We have tried to go to jack’s Homewood to dine in twice and have waited 30 minutes to order our food and actually left twice bc no one will take our order inside. workers do not acknowledge our presence. They take drive through orders but do not take care about servicing inside orders. We have left twice and will not be back to this location.

Good and service here has declined drastically. The new buns on the burgers are hard and the employee service is at best okay. They are not friendly at all. I use to live Jack's, but now this is not a place I want to eat at anymore.

We bought breakfast there this morning in the drive thru and when we got home I bit into my sausage biscuit into a black hair. I then pulled it out and it was a never ending black hair with a knot in it about 12” long. I was disgusted and couldn’t even begin to think about eating that biscuit.We eat there frequently and have never issues but this is inexcusable and shouldn’t happen if the cooks are wearing proper hair nets.

Firstly, they forgot to give me one of my 2 pies, then, they give me the wrong one. Sandwich was haphazardly made. Only good thing is, food was tasty. Drive through cashier seemed to not have a clue about what she was doing. All in all, the worst experience that I have ever had at Jack's. A 4 out of 10 stars. Jack's is my usual go to for drive through food.

A Big Jack always hits the spot! The burger was good, and the french fries were well-seasoned. I also had a great vanilla milkshake. The convenient location is one block off the main street of downtown Homewood. Parking is easy with quick access back to Highways 31 and 280.

If I wanted 2 orders of cold mushy tots with a nasty old grease aftertaste I would've gone to BK.Then I'm supposed to drive back there? Gonna comp my fuel? Stop hiring sorry lazy people.Thanks for ruining our weekly Sunday Jacks breakfast

Food taste amazing as always! But the service I received at the window this morning 2/24/24 by the lady taking my order was aweful. As I was ordering she interrupted demanding what I wanted to drink while I was telling her which sauce I wanted (hadn’t got to my drink yet) I told her Dr Pepper, she asked multiple times I answered multiple times and told her to loose the attitude. I guess since she felt the need to demand what I wanted to drink in the middle of me ordering she forgot my sauces. ☹️ 0/10 do not recommend this location
