A Big Jack always hits the spot! The burger was good, and the french fries were well-seasoned. I also had a great vanilla milkshake. The convenient location is one block off the main street of downtown Homewood. Parking is easy with quick access back to Highways 31 and 280.
Food taste amazing as always! But the service I received at the window this morning 2/24/24 by the lady taking my order was aweful. As I was ordering she interrupted demanding what I wanted to drink while I was telling her which sauce I wanted (hadn’t got to my drink yet) I told her Dr Pepper, she asked multiple times I answered multiple times and told her to loose the attitude. Firstly, they forgot to give me one of my 2 pies, then, they give me the wrong one. Sandwich was haphazardly made. Only good thing is, food was tasty. Drive through cashier seemed to not have a clue about what she was doing. All in all, the worst experience that I have ever had at Jack's. A 4 out of 10 stars. Jack's is my usual go to for drive through food.
