I appreciate the fact that their online pickup service is quick. The cookies and cream milkshake that I ordered was really good. I'm glad I found another restaurant that serves cookies and cream milkshakes besides Dairy Queen.

Can’t really beat them on value, food options change often too so you won’t get tired of visiting. Service here (online/drive thru/dine in) is pretty good, but it gets bogged down during rush hours, make sure to avoid it. Dining area is pretty tidy and nicely decorated.

This place is great. They move very quickly. Your order is always correct. The only problem I have e perceived is the young man who is taking your order has no patience. He likes to rush you which is not good. This has really been our first time ordering from Jack's. He does not give you a chance to look at the menu. This has happened 3 days in a row. So that's why I gave service 4 stars. Other than that everyone else is great!!
