Jack's allison bonett hueytown al

Been in the drive thru line for 32 minutes now. Did they have to grow the chickens first? You'll probably read this review before I eat.. do better...

After repeating my order AT LEAST 10 times to the drive-thru cashier, it was still totally incorrect. Then, when they finally SUPPOSEDLY got the order correct, the food was absolutely terrible. Lastly, when we got away from the restaurant and took a drink of the large SWEET tea we had ordered , it was UNSWEET. There is no reason for ANYONE to be this horrifically incompetent.

First of all this Jack’s restaurant is not in Hueytown so it needs to quit lying about that. It is actually in dolomite and it is run exactly how you would think a fast food restaurant in dolomite would be run. I will never give Jacks my money again for any reason. Nobody should have to sit in the drive-through lane for 25 minutes and watch customers park their car and walk into the store and then walk back out with their food while we sit in what is supposed to be the faster way to do it

I should have checked my order before leaving the drive through. Two of the three entrees of a 3 piece chicken dinner were wrong.

Always short staffed. Never gets orders correct. Slow service!!!

Customer Service/Quality. Never get orders correct and don't know how to cook well. Plz replace these employees. They don't care. If this Jack's was half as good as the one in Bessemer on 19th St. it would be an improvement.

I only recommend breakfast here, the staff is horrible at night. Ordered a 3 pc chicken finger meal and got a breast and a leg. Extremely disappointed, wouldn’t recommend going there for dinner.

so yesterday they ran out of strawberry ice cream and napkins. this place. I love jacks but our area jacks employees lack.

I went to Jack’s to get breakfast..

But sometimes they give you the wrong pie when you ordered peach.
