I ordered breakfast Saturday for delivery. It was sent by door dash form their Jack's app.when I got my order it was missing my apple pie, napkins, and syrup! I order pancakes. I called the store she she said the only way I get get help was to let her make it and I come back and pick it up. She could not refund me! I explained I was at work and could not leave so that's why I wanted it delivered. They charged me a few for door dash. She said because I did the order...

This has been the best Jack's experience we have had in a long time. My husband said "wish this one was closer to us so I could get my breakfast here on way to work" we ate around 7pm and everything was fresh and delicious! The staff were all very friendly and patient. The store was very clean, easily the cleanest fast food place I have been in here lately! Wish I would have taken a picture.

Extremely clean, great crew, Burger was moist and juicy, bun soft and warm, right amount of sauce, tomato and onions perfect and fries are amazing perfect amount of salt perfectly cooked I might add too really good food I had the Bacon lover BTW all I can add is yummm yummm very impressed all the way around actually
