This location has some of the nicest and helpful staff to go along with the usual great Jack's food. 💯 Experience every time I go.

We enjoy breakfast at Jack's. The food is always hot and delicious. However, this location in Irondale, was super busy. The 1 person working the counter really, really needed help. She wasn't focused well enough, or trained long enough to run that front counter by herself. The line was almost out the door.

What a fantastic little burger joint!! After a trip coming from rome, italy, this thing hit the dagum spot! Burger was exceptionally juicy and hot. Well, seasoned and yes, I will absolutely be back.

Me and my team ordered 3 orders of biscuits w/ sausage gravy and it came with no sausage. Now I understand it doesn’t come with much, but what I’d like to look for is sausage “no diddy”. This picture is the second order that was supposed to replace the first order. I promise this is the complete same copy and paste type of effort. I recommend either you guys add more sausage or just replace the actual wording, and just say gravy and biscuits no sausage!!

They cant seem to keep chicken thighs cooked or in stock, 2 months in a row I order delivery and could not get what I ordered because they were out. This problem needs to be fixed. I do not eat chicken drums, and breast are ok, they just end up being dry, the last order I got my Cole slaw was put in with my hot food so it was luke warm and inedible, scared of bacteria from the mayo, and you put my biscuit in the middle of the Styrofoam plate and mashed it into the other foods so when i got it it was in 4 pieces and very soggy and also inedible, my dog ate most of this expensive order and the rest tossed in the trash....Jack's, you guys used to be better than this

Great food for a great price

Two weekends in a row my order‘s been wrong. They are very cordial about replacing it the following week but is not what you want when you want it. I went back to get a replacement and it’s wrong too. The manager admitted that it was her fault and here we go again again I guess I’ll see him again next Sunday and get me my four big Jacks with cheese. I hate to review somebody bad but this is going on two weeks in a row.

The food is hot and taste good, the tea wasn’t extremely sweet compared to other places which is good too ! 💯

They are doing a poor job. They are not serving or opening doors when opening. New times of operation and still can't get it together. They had a small fire and that's the excuse for poor service. They have went down hill since replacing the old staff and managers. Tried again but found hair in my food.

Please do better at addressing these concerns as well as all others made. The same robotic reply to all complaints and concerns is effortless and insulting to everyone.

Jacks, yall aren't Chick-fil-A. Please don't don't adopt there way of taking orders at the drive through. Yall aren't set up for it. It's extremely dangerous without proper planning. One of your employees almost got hit, my car almost got hit twice, and it briefly caused a mini traffic jam on the main road. I counted at least 3 missed potential lawsuits.
