I don’t normally eat fast food, but every once in a while I’ll crave a smoked sausage biscuit from Jacks. I got ordered one one morning and quite frankly, it was bad. Took the survey on the receipt and told them so. The gm Tabby reached out to apologize and make it right. Every biscuit I ordered from that day on was pure, Southern perfection. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Will continue coming to this location going forward!

I cannot say enough great things about the Jack’s on Crestwood Blvd. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is friendly and quick. It’s not like going to other fast food places where you wait for 20 minutes and the food isn’t fresh. The food is always great and the price is on point.
