Just had THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY!! Was placing order for 2 BLT's 2 Bacon Big jacks.. Cook could be heard telling me to go to Mcdonalds for it. I dont patron Mcdonalds for this particular reason. I go to Jacks for better quality food #1.. #2 Better customer service.. This was unacceptable I wont stop until i reach corporate. Tonight on 1/04/2021 she has dreadlocks in her hair. You all should see about better customer services training.
