Guin Alabama we appreciate your clean and comfortable environment as well as the hospitality of you staff!! My mother and I make the effort to go to you restaurant for lunch everyday…other Jacks pale in cleanliness and staff attitude in surrounding areas!! I don’t know any employees and even if I did I would still have the same reaction!!
Jack's needs to return to the old ways of preparing their food (burgers). The burger I once got, was juicy, hot, with fresh veggies. I used to get a Big Jack for breakfast and was told that I would have to wait for it to be grilled, which I gladly said yes to, knowing how hot and juicy it would be. Now it seems that the patties are sitting off to the side premade and luke warm. You ask for cheese and they throw a cold slice on it and wrap it up. My local Jack's argued...
The food is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a freshly cooked burger with fresh, crisp lettuce, crisp onion, nice tomato and sometimes you don't. Sometimes the French fries are like they're supposed to be, crisp & salty but more often lately, they're wimpy and barely cooked with hardly any salt on them. The chicken is so crunchy and good most of the time, but sometimes it's overcooked or greasy.It's a shame, because this used to be one of my favorite...
