Yummy, we love Jimmy John’s.
I have ordered delivery from this location on July 30, August 2, and August 10 of 2018. All of these orders were placed after the lunch rush and each took OVER 40 minutes. After asking around I have found that I am not the only one experiencing this service from this location. For a company that claims to be "freaky fast" this seems off. So today I had the office runner pick me up a jimmy johns sandwich and one of the incredible cookies for my lunch. Except when she came back with my sandwich i had no cookie :(
After calling and asking what to do, they reassured me they would have someone deliver it. Within 2 minutes a very polite and happy delivery man dropped my cookie off and needless to say my day is made. He joked around with me for a minute and then carried on with his delivery's.
