I have ordered from this location multiple times. The last time, I got a Diet Coke and ordered a Coke. This one time, I decided to not tip since the previous times my order was wrong. When the delivery driver delivered my order, he wouldn’t leave until I signed a receipt and a tip was given! I called the store and spoke to the manager and he said that is not common practice and he would let the GM know. I’ve ordered from this location numerous times and every once in a while there’s an issue. The delivery driver left my drink in their car and when they came back with it I noticed that the cup wasn’t filled all the way. I showed it to them and asked why and they said “That’s just how much we fill them up”. I’ve never received a drink like this from them and if I came in store and purchased it, my drink would be filled more.
