Awesome Lunch stop during our vacation travels! Kinda hard to navigate off the interstate, but definitely worth it.
I was assaulted by the drive thru worker at the Colonnade location for no reason. He snatched the pen out of my hand after I signed the receipt then threw the bag containing my order at me striking me in the face. We drove away before the situation escalated. We called the store manager repeatedly but was hung up on then they wouldn’t answer.
We called the Birmingham Police to file a report and filed a complaint on the Jimmy Johns website.
