Won't allow doordash drivers to deliver their food. Accepts the order. Takes my money. Then calls me to ask if I want to come pick it up....if I did I wouldn't have ordered delivery.

Fresh, Fresh, Fresh every last vegetable, the meats!! Not many times but the bread has been a little hard on the ends. Other than that, I am hooked!! I eat here about 2-3 times for lunch every week now. My favorite place to GO! Thank you Jimmy John for caring about what and how you service your Customers! Never a long wait! And the No.7 Italian Spicy is ?????. Make this your go to eating spot. It's worth it!.

The new manager kind of sucks. They are carving out the bread on every sandwich (without asking) and putting on way too many tomatoes. The new manager (silver haired feminine guy) is too chatty and doesn’t get the food made fast enough. The lines are getting way too long for a sandwich shop.

I've gone to this location for the last year. The only problems I've experienced is staffing. Sometimes there's just one person trying to do it all. Even then, they've always been polite and apologetic. I get the "unwich" and most of the time they do a great job of building this lettuce wrap. Their much better than some others I've tried and even other Jimmy John's. The meats and spices are good. They make a good sandwich.

My daughter and I went to jimmy John’s…first we thought they were closed bc one of the doors was locked, went around to the other door to find the employees hanging out in their car but the other door was unlocked so we went in to find no employees inside. They came in from their car and took our order, charged us wrong and apologized….then after we got our sandwiches mine was wrong but I couldnt do anything about it because the employees had gone back to sit in their car. Also a very strong odor illegal smoking items coming from the car and the employees. While my daughter and I sat alone and ate our entire meal, used the restroom and refilled our drinks an alarm started going off in the kitchen (maybe a timer of some sort?) We finally ended our meal time bc there were no employees in the building to turn it off and it was so loud we couldn’t talk to each other.2022 makes me very afraid for our future

I stopped in today to pick up a sandwich and I ordered the the # 10 Hunters Club, double roast beef with provolone. It is a very good sandwich, the wait staff was very friendly, got my sandwich in no time at all and was on my way Will definitely be back again

In 2019, I got a sandwich from this location once or twice a week for about 2 months and my visits have always been good. Fast service and friendly staff.

How To Lose A Customer in 5 MinutesMy husband and I came in late July 2020; we planned on being regulars because it is on an easy to get to area. Soon as we walked in, a girl/lady (20s/30s), white, with a blue/green streak in her hair, shouted, "Did you order online?" We shook our heads "No". She retorts, "Well, you have a long line ahead of you!" Okay ?.... Am thinking a better way to approach this would have been, "HI! ? Welcome to Jimmy John's! We will be with you in just a minute! ?"... But noooo! That is not how it went. We felt embarrassed, for even thinking we could walk into Jimmy John's to eat. It felt like she was saying, "Peasants! How dare at though enter our presence! Leave!". We stood there like a couple of lost puppies but looking around for a solution. I noticed a Noodle place in the same shopping center. I said to my guy, "Let's go to the noodle place". We walked out, went to the noodle place, got better customer service and great food, and vowed that we would never set foot or spend a dime at Jimmy John's ever again. The End! ..... And please do not send me the generic owner response, "We're sorry for your experience. That's not how we roll.. Blah, blah, blah".. Because we all know that this is how you are rolling.
