Best KFC ever in birmingham. Food was way too better than other KFC. Crew are friendly, sweet and nice. Biscuit is way good then other fast food chain biscuit. And shout out to their manager! She did an amazing job with this store loc.

Shout out to the crew working tonight. Restaurant was cleaned, food hot and fresh. Best thing was the staff. Ordered my meal, and instead of leaving we ate in. Chris came out and made sure I had plates, napkins, everything. He did not wait for us to come back and ask for stuff. Awesome staff will be back!!

I ordered a chicken pot pie at the drive-through and was told I would have to wait 22 minutes for it. I told them I would come back. I returned 40 minutes later to pick it up and have just finished eating the pot pie. There was not one single piece of chicken in it…not one.😾

Listen, I was never into fried chicken like that, but after having some KFC. I’m into it like that. I exclusively come to this location around once every 2 months because they have kind and polite service, hospitality, fast service, and a nice clean store. Y’all are pretty good. Also, huge serving sizes! :)

On October 22 at 5:00pm I went thru drive thru and ordered bogo tue chicken special they said drive up and I waited 16 min and went inside and ask about my order and the manager said oh It hasn’t been dropped yet so I waited another 15 or 20 min and ask the male manager and he said the same thing so after being ther over 45 min I ask to cancel my order and be given a refund . So the male manager ask for my receipt and said they would give me a refund.. Since I was given no receipts ask the male manager his first name so I could reference back if my refund didn’t show up. He made a scene and said I’m not giving you my name so I ask another employee what the first name of the manager was and the male manager yelled out loud making a scene yelling to other employees don’t give her my name. That was the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant . It’s taken me this long to leave a review cause it upset me so bad. The male manager acted like he had no experience or training I can’t believe he said he was the manager. A child could do a better job. Please get better managers that are trained. My next step is to contact corporate office.And by the way he threatened to call the police.
