Listen, I was never into fried chicken like that, but after having some KFC. I’m into it like that. I exclusively come to this location around once every 2 months because they have kind and polite service, hospitality, fast service, and a nice clean store. Y’all are pretty good. Also, huge serving sizes! :)

On October 22 at 5:00pm I went thru drive thru and ordered bogo tue chicken special they said drive up and I waited 16 min and went inside and ask about my order and the manager said oh It hasn’t been dropped yet so I waited another 15 or 20 min and ask the male manager and he said the same thing so after being ther over 45 min I ask to cancel my order and be given a refund . So the male manager ask for my receipt and said they would give me a refund.. Since I was given no receipts ask the male manager his first name so I could reference back if my refund didn’t show up. He made a scene and said I’m not giving you my name so I ask another employee what the first name of the manager was and the male manager yelled out loud making a scene yelling to other employees don’t give her my name. That was the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant . It’s taken me this long to leave a review cause it upset me so bad. The male manager acted like he had no experience or training I can’t believe he said he was the manager. A child could do a better job. Please get better managers that are trained. My next step is to contact corporate office.And by the way he threatened to call the police.

Worst fried chicken on the planet!!! Nasty tasteless green beans too! My girlfriend's chicken fingers were horrible too. Just some nasty greasy old chicken here.

Spent close to $30 just to wait 25 minutes and STILL get the wrong order after being assured it was the right one. I get that mistakes happen but I couldn’t even eat the stuff I paid for. I’m normally pretty chill when it comes to fast food (again I understand things happen, I’ve worked in the industry and I try to be really patient but like 6 cars got their food before us and all we had were two bowls, mashed potatoes, fries, and 10 piece nugget), but this was an all-around disappointment.
The best kfc in Birmingham! Food always fresh and all the employees are professional and courteous! The others should take notes

Never know if the lobby is going to be open or not. Delivery drivers are not trying to drive 20 minutes to your restaurant and then sit in the Drive-Thru for another 20 minutes behind four cars that ordered after the customer. They're closing the lobby early so they don't have to deal with people. It's pure laziness and I will not be accepting deliveries for this location again. I don't recommend anyone else does
