I like the food once recieved but the problem is one person.The manager lady is very rude to her employees and customers also.if I order two large liver she only offers 6 pa ks hot sauce.like she pays for it.i even offered to pay for extra

Don’t know what went wrong tonight as I always have eaten KFC but on Saturday 08/23/25 I went through this particular KFC ordered my usual the tenders with a DR pepper mashed potatoes and biscuit and had a moderate allergic reaction that caused me to develop a small rash , white spots and blisters on the which has never happened before the staff here is friendly and I’m positive this incident is the result of a mistake made with either cleaning or food handling procedures since again I have eaten from other KFCs with out any issues and hope management will use this feed back to review and improve cleaning and food handling procedures

I ordered the $55 family meal. Drove home and noticed they never put the 8 biscuits or a side in the bag. I called them & expressed what happened. Nicely but irritated I drove 20 minutes back to KFC. When I pulled in the drive thru, the man at the window opened it with a mouth full of food, looking confused then proceeded to give me the missing food. I drive off a little but decided to check it 1st. There was only 4 biscuits. Now I’m aggravated! I go back & say there still isn’t 8 BISCUITS in here. He holds his hands up & say IM NOT THE ONE WHO MADE IT! I’m thinking it doesn’t matter who made it, there was NO ONE else in the drive thru when I 1st got there nor when I came back. So what’s the problem??? I seriously believe they are not giving everybody they food on purpose and is eating it in the store! Not to mention it was 16 pieces in the bucket. It was 10-12 pieces. Get NEW WORKERS AND A NEW MANAGER ASAP! People that care about doing the job right!

Terrible experience. Got to the speaker and the employee was chatting with other employees while taking orders. Wasnt friendly at all, forgot sauce, napkins, and only filled fries up halfway. Ordered a large fry and drink, gave us a small.

I've been to KFC. all over the United States and this is by far the worst. Why is this franchisee still open? Unless you like to waste your money and be treated bad stay away from this KFC location.

Drive thru at lunch. Three tender dinners ($45). Chicken dark, over-cooked, dry, tough, tastelesss. Should have never been sold. Were afraid to even try the cole slaw. Too much chicken competition to accept this. Never again.

The was the most awful experience at this kfc I have never been treated so rude omg . This store has awful customer service and I was told she was the owner, as the employee stated and I said that doesn’t mean she can be so rude and disrespectful ..to the customer …
Went inside and stood at the counter for 10 minutes, I was ignored. Nobody said hello, I'll be right with you, seems like you can only get service if you go through the drive-thru. KFC is on the do not go list!

Drove 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back. I ordered a bucket of dark only meat, 2 fries and a small soda. When arriving home i found 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breast and 2 wings and 4 biscuits! Biscuits? Who ordered biscuits? The only thing they got right was the soda and fries. Jacks has better chicken. Yes, that's right a burger joint now serves better chicken the KFC!
