I went to pick up my online order after the app told me it was ready and when I got to the store I was told that yes they have chicken but nobody there knew how to cook it. How can you work at a chicken store and not know how to cook chicken? When I asked if she could just cancel it she also didn’t know how to do that. What are you even doing at work all day that you haven’t learned a thing?

Second time getting delivery from this KFC. The first time the order was completely wrong. This time it arrived 30 minutes late because the restaurant lost the order and didn't even start making it till the driver arrived. KFC has permanently lost our business.

Probably the worst experience ever to any drive thru employees yelling and waving out the window trying to get cars to move! I ordered #11 12pc chicken nuggets combo I sure didn't get nuggets I got chopped tinders with over half the breading missing and might have been enough to say it was 8pc 3 of them were tiny. If I could give negative star I would.
