Ive been here many many times before, pretty much every time I come to the Galleria and sometimes go in just to get this boba. But this recent time was the *WORST* of all. Just to clairfy, every time I have ever been was with nice patient employees, even when they're visibly drained. These two employees working the register and talking directly to us were short, disrespectful, and plainly rude to me and my sister-in-law. I wanted to show her this place and this gave her a terrible first impression to their business. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to the owner or manager and tell them about their disgustingly impatient employees.

Great spot for boba. We had a large group and they worked through them quickly. We got the Oreo C&C Brown Sugar boba and it was very good, basically a dessert in the cup. The store has delicious looking pastries, desserts, and gift items. Conveniently located in the mall. We are a fan and will return if in the area again.Kid-friendliness: Fun place for kids

So we were at the Galleria for Macy's and I saw this place. I was a little excited to see a new boba place had opened up. The cons the line was out the door . I almost decided not to go but decided to give it a shot. Once I got inside it was very small , like claustrophobic small . I said to myself you are in line stick it out. So I gave them my order coconut milk tea and my son's (I forgot what it was) I didn't care for before you pay he points you to a screen for a tip . Are U serious? This is your job taking my order(why should you get tipped for that) Un freaking real. While I was waiting I saw some shelves with I thought was merchandise on it nope the cashier said ma'am that's not for sale. It's overflow for our products. Huh? So you don't have room to store your own products out of the public's eye. To b honest my stomach has been hurting me all day . This was the only thing I have had different. The flavor wasn't very good at all. I only drank half . I love boba tea and at my local place its empty by the time I get home 15 min away. Save your money and get a boba at the food court . Dont waste your time here . I will pass this place by the next time I go to the galleria.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I ordered an Ice Blended Taro & the cashier ordered the wrong thing for me and they gave me a regular milk tea. I told them about their mistake and they did not want to fix it and wanted for me to get in line AGAIN and pay for the difference when it was obviously their mistake. YOU LOSS A LOYAL CUSTOMER! Virgin mojito recommended, very refreshing. Peach was satisfying on a hot day. Sweet lovers should try brown sugar cold brew. Natural ingredients, no heart burn or acid reflux aftermath. Great staff. Owners are awesome. Be sure to patronize Kokee Tea.Parking: Mall parking

Best boba tea store ever! The store is very neat, clean and cute!! The staff are kind and nice. Feeling so comfortable whenever I order. Even though there is line. My turn comes fast. Most important thing is the taste is sooo good!!!? I love Orange sangria, Georgia on my mind with peach bubble, Matcha Latte and Brown sugar milk tea. I enjoy going to Kokee tea at Riverchase Galleria. ?

Really good for being the only/nearest boba place in town. Friendly and quick service . Very calming and nice environment tho i wish there was a seating area given the fact that there is enough space for one. Drinks were good but not the best I’ve had.

First time trying this tea spot since there was no line, no wait. It's located upstairs in the Galleria and usually has a line out the door. I'm still really new to the Boba tea experience so it takes me a moment to figure out what's good. The cashier wasn't very informative. He answered the basic questions but didn't make any effort to guide us to a good selection. I ended up with the mango passionfruit tea, which has a green tea base. The tea itself wasn't sweet and needed that strawberry Boba to give it some umph! I drank it all but wasn't impressed. I would return, but I'd do my research and be sure of what I want next time... no reliance on the staff.

I normally love a milk tea with tapioca pearls but when I ordered the coconut milk tea, lactose allergy, imagine my surprise when I started having a reaction after only drinking 1/4. No one informed me that it's dairy milk FLAVORED like coconut. Waste of money and no consideration to the customers.

I came to the mall this shop is in for my birthday and wanted Boba tea, and this shop is amazing!! The worker was really nice and wasn't rude when I took time to look at the menu and the tea is DELICIOUS! I also got a birthday cake macaroon and it was amazing. I got the oreo milk tea with honey Boba and it does NOT disappoint. I highly recommend this Boba place if you're in the area!
