Food was awful. Everything was sweet. Vegetable dinner was swimming in sauce. Portions were very small in comparison to other hibachi restaurants. Ginger dressing on the salad was chunky or gritty, I have never experienced a gritty ginger dressing. Staff was ok, I didn't know who my server was because I had 3 people helping me. Also, there were gnats flying around the table. Never was a fan but decided to give it another try. Epic fail!

Awful!!!! The food was awful! I walked into this Japanese place for the first time because I was next door at the Peach Cobbler Factory and I thought, while Im out here get something to eat. I saw Konomi walked in and immediately smelled a sour smell. My instincts told me to walk out, but I didnt! I ordered the salmon on the lunch menu and when I got home I was so disappointed. The fried rice was black and sticky, the salmon was burnt and dry and the veggies was not fresh. You could almost see that the broccoli was so limb, I dont think that I even tasted it when i tried the veggies!!! Anyways, never again! Your food is awful!!!

Since moving to Tuscaloosa, I hadn’t been to Konomi in about 2 years. Liam was hands-down the best server I’ve had in a while—super kind and attentive! 🙌 I even made it a point to let Matt know how much I thoroughly enjoyed my solo date. The restroom is always tidy too.TGIF ❣️

I placed a to go order for the dinner Teriyaki chicken..I got charged for the full price of a dinner but couldn’t get the dinner food…it would be a extra $4 for noodles,but the dinner is supposed to come with that…and they gave us the little amount of chicken with all this rice.A SCAM getting charged full dinner price and not even getting all the food u were charged for
