This Krystal’s needs a management review! I probably spent twenty minutes sitting in the drive thru with one other car. I came through at 11 pm and they weren’t even busy!

Really friendly, fast service. We got a sackful of Krystal's with cheese to go. We had a party to attend and needed a quick food item to take for a snack. Conveniently located, we used the app for the first time and it worked great! 👍

Ita sucked i asked for a freshly made 12 cheese with no pickle i got resteamed krystals an the female in the drive threw had major attitude purely worrying with her phone than getting the order right.

The food was what you would expect from Krystala but the service and amount of time waiting is ridiculous. 3 cars drove off and went somewhere else but I waited the 25 minutes and shouldn't have.
Asked for extra pickles and mustard, got only extra onions. Order of fries was small. No one had on hats. Moderately clean. Cashier made us wait for no apparent reason. Sorry! Love my Krystal’s!!

I ordered two large chili's and both were half full and tasted if the server had poured a handful of chili powder in each.Its sad when you pay $ 11.00 for two large servings and neither are worth eating and nobody will answer the damn phone!!!!

I got a #1 platter. The lady asked me if I wanted cheese on the sliders. I paid for the cheese. When everything was done. No cheese on the burgers. Another customer had the same no cheese problem. The fries were hot when I received them. But after waiting for the cheese to be put on the burgers. Bummer. Afterwards I ordered 2 apple pie dessert. It seemed like 10 minutes to get them. Then they were so hot, had to wait awhile to get them cooled down. Other places have a couple pre cooked. Then in a heated container.
