Food was soggy and inedible. We had to throw it away. Burgers and fries had the consistency of sitting in water for 20 minutes before being handed to us. Not to mention 12 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks cost $34.44.

Asked for two sack full of Krystal with cheese. Then asked for chipotle patty melt. Lady at drive through told me that by the time I would get the chipotle melt that the sliders would be cold and to bear that in mind before I complete the order. Seems ridiculous they can't time everything to come out at the same time. I was picking up a order for work and I was going to get the patty melt. Decided to get my portion of the food elsewhere. Sweet tea was pretty good

I had not had Krystal burger in a long time!! Since we have one where we live I got 3. This was The worse food I’ve EVER paid for. The tiny buns were soaked with grease!!!!!!!! Taking one bite caused me to feel sick!!!!! Threw them all in the garbage!

My son and I stopped here and went though the drive-thru. I've been eating Krystals for 30 years! This is hands down the best one I've ever been to. They literally have a sign that says...We don't cook your food until you order it at the drive-thru. They mean it! I didn't know Krystal's burgers or fries could be so hot! It was great! We went back and ate there again today...lol. We got the same results--everything super hot!

I was asked to please wait to order at 948am with no other customers there and my receipt is timestamped 956am. I patiently waited for about 8 minutes between placing my order and paying. As soon as she gave me my card I was asked to pull forward and they would bring it right out. I have screen shots of the time I left and the receipt. I pulled away without my food or refund at 1018am so about 22minutes of sitting and waiting.

Employee forced me buy eat first before I go restroom so she not open. I changed mind I drop both restrooms and eat its abuse! Because I hurt while hold I was work uber it’s so rude!
