I was picking up a delivery

I ordered online my order said it was complete and ready for pick up. I get there they said oh we don’t have the product to make it which was just pepperoni and sausage and cheese which all they had! They just didn’t want to prepare after a certain hour they get lazy and don’t want to work so when I tried to compromise to still take something home to my kids I asked for 2 pepperoni then cause that was the product he claim he only had and keep the extra money I spent the man at the window shrugged his shoulders said oh well like he not going to make it told me I was out of luck. Then claimed he refunded my order but actually did not haven’t received my money back or had the opportunity to speak with a manager will never visit this location again! Absolutely disgusting and terrible service and 9/10 store filled with junkies as workers coming in from puffing a smoke or wiping they nose.

We order the puffs one was supposed to have bacon but it didn't but they were fresh out of the oven

I will never eat at the one in Tarrant very rude unprofessional! And always high in the drive thru. Didn’t wanna give me my refund or remake my pizza I literally had to call the cops on the manager (white lady and young white guy) calling me racial slurs!!! Never again

Can't keep up with products doesn't notify customer when they cancel an order needs to shut down asap

I'd definitely go on a day shift when the woman is working. The 2 guys on this night shift tonight sucked I'm literally gonna go and talk to the GM tomorrow of she's available . I almost want my money back I wouldn't even feed the food I got tonight to animals. The manager on duty sat on his phone while people were lined up in drive thru and at the front counter, and I felt so sorry for the new girl... she was trying to do her job but the guys definitely hendered her from bein able to do so.i ordered online got there and waited another 25 minutes then went inside and he pulled it out of the ovens where they store it when it's done and it had been sitting there for a while the bread was like sponges and the puffs were hard as rocks literally. Worst ever.

Y'all have it hot ready every time when I come to the tarrant location I have to pull around and wait but it hit every time. Thanks to that young man in the window he there every time I come

Made sure that people knew that there were not enough employees so everyone's patience would be REQUIRE or no service. I can appreciate that!

I will never step foot back into that place. Rude employees ? as soon as I stepped one foot in the door I was told they was out of everything.... And I was picking up a door dash. Went to my car to contact door dash and then another employee asked me what I wanted. Advise you not to go there if you're hungry

Honestly, they have terrible service and a bad attitude. The times I've gone an hour and a half before they close, they deny me service and serve me with terrible service. They should change the staff because that business is going into decline
