If I could leave zero Stars I definitely would this has got to be the far worse and racist Little Caesars I've been to I showed up last week and it was 7: 38 pm and they told me they were closing down as soon as I got up to the window and when I pulled off the next car behind me pulled up and bought a pizza, but it's okay it's cause I'm white and not black. and this week they keep the doors locked and I spent 15 minutes in line of a drive-thru waiting for a pizza and by the time I got it it's an $8 cold and ready pizza I will be calling corporate again they need to shut this place down or get a new management

Went to tarrant location this is the second time I've had problems there. Refused to have lobby open to walk in and order. This time it's they're only taking online orders. What if you can't order online on top of the fact they may not even have what you want. This is why places like this close eventually.

writing this about an hour after i placed the order 15 minutes before i came to the store ( ordered at 1:05 showed up at 1:20, it’s now 1:55). all i ordered was a lunch combo…EDIT: i also want to make it known that i hardly ever leave reviews (unless asked or if there’s some sort of incentive) but in all my 25 years of life i have NEVER been to a worse establishment and i need everyone who comes across this comment to be ready to shoot blindly in the dark w this place. thank you for coming to my ted talk.

Terrible employees was waiting over 30 minutes for 1 pizza and saw other people bring served their pizza who ordered after me I tried to get the empress employees attention and he looked at me and waddled away someone else had told him to go to me because I wanted his attention he addressed me with a WHAT like I was bothering him. And the other employees mouth was slick as well, never come to this location again they need to be closed and train them folks accordingly.
Terrible service! Can’t give them no stars because it’s not an option. Have been waiting almost an hour now for our online order. The order said it’s done but we went to the window and they said they didn’t know when it would be done. Several other people have gotten orders that just came through the drive through and 1 person waited just about the same amount of time for an online order before us.

I ordered online a thin pepperoni and sausage pizza. I came to the drive thru to pick it up after my email Alerted me it was ready. The pizza only had pepperoni on it. The lady just stood there staring at me. She then said I hear you. I said can you fix this and give me what I ordered. I pickup before I go to work. The last time I picked up the pizza it wasn't ready after my email alerted it was.

I stopped by to get a Pepperoni Pizza I am White the 2 Black girls waiting on people completely ignored me when I patiently waited on a person that was drunk/drug argue with the girl he had a baseball hat & I watched closely he left I was the only person inside I asked the girl at register for a Pepperoni Pizza she said they did not have any I asked how long to get one she turned and walked away the other girl just stood there then I asked her how long for a pizza she invited me a black man walked in held his hand up five she turned and said 5 pepperoni pizzas I asked for one she said none ready I asked what she had ready she walked over and said none I asked how long for a Pepperoni Pizza her answer as she walked away I dunno I said well Hell I’ll go somewhere else I may be White but my money is Green I’ll never stop there again and we have football parties in Tarrant every weekend about 5-10 pizzas plus wings 2 or 3 orders we’ll we will go somewhere else also

Only 1 star cause you cant put 0 Worst location ever!!!!!! need to fire the whole crew I waited at the window for about 10 mins sitting there watching one person sitting in a chair with all of them yelling and cutting up. At 11:35 they came to the window and said they didn't have any lunch combos ready. There was about 6 people there collecting a pay check for not doing anything so they can't say they are short staffed..this is ridiculous!! And this is not the first time they have had such poor customer service. This one in tarrant on Pinson valley needs new management!!!
