Togo food was great!! Everything was fresh and delicious! Baby back ribs were amazing and the Mac and cheese. Sirloin steak also hit the spot. Definitely will be returning!

We came in at lunchtime on a Saturday around 2:30. My husband got a sandwich and I got a salad. Before ordering, I let the server know that I had a dairy and a gluten allergy. When I ordered, I made sure accommodations were available for my meal (no cheese, croutons, and the salmon was not marinated). They confirmed this would not be a problem.
Our food came out. My husband's with no problems. Mine had some cheese on it like they tried to take it off after putting it on. The salmon tasted great until I saw that it was contaminated. When I told the waitress about it, she got a replacement but we had to pay full price for the food they poisoned me with. If you visit this restaurant and have allergies, be very wary. They knew I had allergies but still played games. If you don't have allergies, the food was good and they are very good at keeping drinks filled.

Hoping there was something wrong when we visited 7/14/25. Food and service were great but the SMELL in this location/place was horrible. Smelled like old dirty wet cleaning g rags were used everywhere. It proved to be difficult to eat because the smell was so bad.

I frequent Longhorn at least once a month. Usually I get my family’s food to go. The food is always well prepared and my order is correct. The young man that brings it curbside is very mannerable.

This is our favorite place to eat on special occasions but I was terribly disappointed last night . After a 1 1/2 hour wait in the lobby we were told that they called us but they did not ! Then we waited another hour after we got to our table! Finally we got it to go after such a long wait we were exhausted..

Service was mediocre at best. My steak, while cooked nicely, was very salty. As were the fries. Used the ladies room!! Disgusting. My shoes were actually sticking to the floor. 🤮. Maybe the girls up front on their phones could check on the conditions once in awhile. Doubt we’ll go back.

If you eat at this location, always check your receipt. Went there 1/25/25 they changed the amount of my tip. I called the manager and he said he would fix it but he hasn't done it yet. That's not right, stealing from customers is wrong.
The food was great but I was sat next to staff who were ready to get off and had inappropriate conversations next to the table I was at with my family that we could hear. Also the waiter kept forgetting to bring things that were asked for back like to go boxes, to go drinks, the wrong drinks, condiments, things like that. I will come back because the food was delicious but next time I will ask to be moved to a different location.

This place has gone downhill. We arrived at 1:30, there were maybe 6 other small tables with customers, and it took an hour to get HALF of our food! When we finally received it, the server told us it was because they were waiting on the potato soup to be cooked. Pretty sure it all comes pre-made, so it was obvious it was a lie. So, 2 of us sat there watching the other 3 people eat their food for 15 minutes before our food was delivered. The staff looked very unprofessional too. One server was wearing a football team beanie while serving tables. Since when is that allowed in food service? Super disappointing experience. We won't be back.
