When I walked into the restaurant, I walked up to the counter and did not get greeted or acknowledged. I stepped back to look at the salad menu/board. Then I went back to the counter. My cousin and I went to Burger King after we got hitched, and we came here after to get desert. The food was great and the company was better. The staff was nice and after I leave this review we are going to a mud festival.

If this is the location by UAB, the food is good. My mom had been in UAB for 3 months, so I've been to this McAlister's several times recently. My ONLY complaint is that y'all please, for the love of all that's holy, fix the dining room speaker! I feel sorry for the employees. I've only had to endure it for a few minutes at a time and I want to rip my ears off. Spend the money. Fix the speaker.
