Order a hamburger and received an old double cheeseburger. Didn't realize until I was back on the interstate. Fries were overseasoned and inedible. Love Milos, but won't be back to this location. 10/15 Check 30067 1:10 PM.

I’ve been eating here since I was a kid and it’s still my favorite. My stepdad’s first time visiting was today and the manager gave him samples of sauces and treated him really well. Any time I come through town I stop here

Where is the manager? Disrespectful teens. I am SIXTEEN, and work in fast food. I know damn well if my manager would've heard me talking to any customer like that I would be fired. Why does it stink so bad in there? Never again! ☺️

First off, I'm trying. I don't want to rate bad, but today didn't make sense. I hardly ever go to Milo's, but thought we'd try something diff34ent. Went thru the drive thru... ordered got to the window and the lady said drive to the other side with the door and they'd bring the food out. Between being in line, parking, and having to walk inside to get my own food was around 20 mins. When I walked in, a girl picked the good up and brought around the counter. Didn't say sorry or nothing... not even hi. The fries were hot and fresh, but I ordered my daughter a min chicken nugget meal. The chicken wasn't even done. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with just lettuce pickles and cheese, there were onions on the burger and the burger was cold. So I waited 20 mins for cold not even done food? So I called to speak with the manager and told him what happened. He was friendly but kept telling me to keep the receipt and when they come back, they will remake the order... who said was coming back? When I asked for a refund, he stated I had to come back today for the refund... again I have a toddler and live out the way so I can't come back so the only thing they are willing to do is remake the order. I want my money back. Other than the manager, I'm tired of horrible customer service and lackluster food. If I hadn't checked the food, my toddler could've gotten sick.

Been eating here for 20+ years. Still just as good as it was back then. Whether it's a burger or chicken you can't go wrong. Fries are some of the best around. And don't even get Mr started how good that honey mustard is.

It’s been 8 years since I’ve been to Birmingham and I stopped at the first Milo’s on the way in town. Mama I’m Coming Home was playing as I pulled in. No way I was going through the drive through…I went inside and had the pure perfection that is the original double cheeseburger combo, fries, apple pie, and half sweet/half unsweet tea on their porch. Extra Milo’s sauce to dip the fries in. Perfection! I once calculated this and I’m pretty sure that I’m about 1/16 Milo’s based on the number of times I had eaten there in my previous 33 years (give or take for all you cell biologist) so I felt like every cell in my body was crying out in joy at the pure deliciousness of this meal after 8 years in a food desert sans Milo’s.

I barely eat at Milo’s but my family wanted it yesterday night, all other burgers were fine and also mines was delicious and all but my buns were burnt, whoever made the burger didn’t care how the customer would feel about it! That is disrespectful and unprofessional!
