Long wait, while several tables were open. Poor unapologetic service with no sense of urgency. We requested menus while waiting to be seated and had the children select their dinner. Once seated we ordered three children's meals at the first appearance of our server. She held their order until she was able to make it back to us to get the adult orders. The hostess was rude. After being told there was a twenty five minute wait, I stepped outside and then returned and waited. After a period of time she called the people that had came in after us. When I asked why she didn't call me she became annoyed stating she thought I had left. She begrudgingly seated us. The waiter was new but willingly answered questions and graciously served us.
