We went to this place because it was close to the mall. The floor was dirty and very sticky. Our table was dirty and sticky. The food was mediocre at best. It took a long time to get our food for a place that was not busy. Honestly it seemed like it was close to closing for good. Go someplace else to eat.

After a long day of being in workshop's and taking my daughter to the salon I was SUPER hungry. I hadn't eaten all day. I was looking for somewhere close and that probably wouldn't be too crowded for a Friday night. Looking on YELP I saw On Tap. The pictures really won me over and the reviews seem to be ok. I texted my friend to see if she wanted to meet me. She said she would and have a drink. We get there and the parking lot is pretty much empty. My daughter and I decided to go inside to wait on my friend. Me being super hungry I wanted to order everything. The waitress came and took my drink order. I asked for a glass of Chardonnay, the waitress came back and said they were out of Chardonnay so I ordered another white wine. She brought it to me and it was horrible. I sent it back and asked for Prosecco, she came back and said they didn't have any Prosecco. So she suggested a mimosa. I said ok but thought you myself how can you make a mimosa if you don't have champagne. The waitress brought the drink out to me and I tasted it, and it definitely wasn't a mimosa. I believe they added juice to they disgusting white wine that I sent back. The food. I really wanted to like it but it wasn't good either. I ordered the burger with onion rings. The burger lakes flavor and the gave me fries instead of onion rings. There is a 0.99 cent up charge onion rings. I told the waitress I asked for onion rings instead of fries. She said no problem and brought me some out in no time. They were hot but not good either. We ordered half hot and half lemon pepper wings. Someone in the kitchen had a heavy with the lemon pepper seasoning. My daughter couldn't eat them because they were to salty. I sent those back and just asked for plain wings with lemon pepper on the side. They came out looking a bit undercooked but the waitress assured me that it was because the my didn't have any seasoning or sauce on them. Of course when I got home I put them in the air fryer. By this time I was irritated and still hungry because the food was not good. At least my daughter ate half of the hamburger. We asked for the check and I noticed I was charged $8.99 for onion rings. I told the waitress I asked to sub onion rings for fries. She said ok and went to take them off my check only to return with it not being taken off. I repeated myself again and she told me she charged me for appetizer onion rings so I could get more. I told her that's not what asked for and she needed to fix it. She took the check again and returned saying something about her not being able to do the up charge for the onion rings so she just took them off completely. I said thank you but it didn't matter because none of the food was good. It lacked flavor tremendously. I'm really surprised to see that this location is still open. This was definitely my last time coming to this location. It's not worth the money.

I felt so bad for my friend because she was really looking forward to a good meal. Poor thing. Thankfully, I had already had dinner. Everything she requested they were out of. Like , wow! She ended up sending wings back , being over charged, etc. You name it, it happened. Yikes. I only ordered Irish fries and they were meh and I didn't eat half of them. Didn't even want a to go box. No thanks! This was a bad experience from the food to the drinks. I don't have to come here again and won't. This was actually my first time at this location. It felt dirty and just flat out nasty. Leah, your server was decent . She is the reason for the one star. Originally it was two stars but she was trying to overcharge my friend for onion rings and just wanted to do her own thing with our ticket. No ma'am. Dang , just a lackluster experience all around! They have happy hour maybe that's better but there was nothing happy about our visit.

One order had wrong side. Food was overall good. Few condiments and non offered for burger. This was mid afternoon and one large party was there. Inexcusable poor service.

I've been going to this on tap location for a decade now. It's so disappointing to see the quality continually go downhill. On my visit last night the lemon pepper wings I ordered were inedible. It was like a whole container of salt had been dumped on them. It was like pulling teeth to get silverware. The floor was so sticky it was like being in a dive bar not a restaurant. The beer selection is still good but has shrunk over the years. Overall it's a decent place to get a beer but the food is so bad they might as well stop calling themselves a restaurant.

We were expecting a wonderful Saturday night out with our friends….we were seated around 6:45 drink orders were taken. Drink were brought about 30 minutes later the waitress took our appetizer order. It took over an hour for our appetizer to come out not to mention they were not that good at all and during the time the waitress made it aware that they are short staffed with only 3 servers and two cooks. I’m wondering who’s the manager and who couldn’t management their restaurant and staff the correct way. Finally our food order was taken it wasn’t till 9:30 PM we got our food and our checks were brought shortly after. We were seated into an empty section and everyone else seated afterwards managed to get everything they needed and leave. The food was poorly put together and wasn’t tasty at all. Our waitress handed everyone their checks and said “the manager took off the automatic Tip”. So basically because the manager was poorly managing her restaurant the waitress had to pay for it. It was unbelievable everyone at our table tiped her well but she was to scared to get the manager for the fact she might get in trouble. I will never eat here again until they hire someone who knows how to manage a business or hire more people.
I deliver for Grubhub, picking up orders from here occasionally. Every time that I’ve picked up from this location, it’s always been a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and hospitable. I met the manager last night and she is very sweet!

This cafe would get a much higher rating if the stuff were better. Let us start by saying the food was delicious and the wing sauces tasty. However, the hostess was lethargic and seemed put out try at she needed to move to seat us. The waitress was sub par.....not bringing part of our order and then trying to charge us more for drinks we ordered.....saying we ordered and she brought a bigger size when we had pointed to the specials we wanted in the drink section.....so there was NO miscommunication. Our server was pretty much absentee and disappeared much of the time and flighty when she did come around. Luckily the manager seemed to have a good head on her shoulders and to know she had some very incompetent staff. She fixed our bill and apologized.
