I had the cashew chicken today. I could not see the cashews and wondered if I had gotten any. As I look closer to my meal, I realized they were chopped up into little squares. Why on earth would you do that? The best part of that dish is the cashew in its whole entity. This ruined it for me, and i'm not being dramatic. I couldn't even taste them. It pretty much ruined it for me.

Our waitress Lola was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her positive attitude and quick service really stood out. She made our dining experience so enjoyable—thank you!

Went to PF Chang's at the Summit in January and were pretty disappointed. The last time we went the place was packed as usual. This time it was half empty and this was on the weekend. Our waitress must have been new. I asked about beer selection (menu said seasonal selections I think) and she said she didn't know. She did not say she would check so I had to ask if she would check at the bar. Everything seemed to annoy her. Hopefully this was an isolated case because...
