We ordered their Nacho chips, chili pasta and mozzarella sticks. The meal weren’t great — they arrived cold and just didn’t taste good. We ordered via hunger station.

We started eating here when I started my evaluations to get on the kidney transplant list some years ago. Finally got my kidney a few months ago .. we spend a lot of time in Bham. Poncho’s is a stop every time!

The guacamole appetizer it to die for! I could live of that stuff FOREVER! My kids love their food and ate everything. The atmosphere is spot on the the east staff were amazing.

We had another delicious, affordable meal from Panchos yesterday. This place is consistent, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is scrumptious. It’s definitely our go-to for Mexican food in the area. Thanks, guys! Y’all rock!!

Been going here for years, it’s better than the other Mexican places in the general area around Crestwood. It’s not going to blow you away, but it’s tasty and the margaritas are good, and the prices are reasonable (considering inflation and what you get for your dollar nowadays)

I got my usual, just to compare it to my current favorite Mexican restaurant, and I have a new favorite! Pancho's! Fresh, hot, and quick. Went for lunch at about 11:30. We sat right down and the service was professional. Attentive, but not overattentive, if you know what I mean. Fair prices too.

We were in town visiting and this place was suggested.
I felt prices were high for what they offered.
You couldn't get quesadilla, rice and beans which is a first for me after all mexican restaurants I've visited.
You cant leave off anything, add anything or substitute anything!
Its a one and done for me unfortunately.
Place looked clean and what food we got was ok. Service was hit and miss.

We love Pancho’s and often have our date nights there and the owners/family are always inviting. The chicken soup is our favorite. You guys should come up with a date night special. Also, we’ve been supporting and loving the service for over five years.
