I Place an order and I didn't receive everything from that order and when I call to get the refund or something they started to talk to me like I'm stupid and they did not want to give me a refund or any other service that will resolve this problem I really recommend to not buy from this place ever

This has nothing to do with the staff and everything to do with the portions they give you at panda. Last time I came i got orange chicken on top of white rice. It was barely a serving a chicken. Like 5 little pieces. Meanwhile I can eat at mings cuisine a local owned Chinese restaurant and pay the same price for a fully loaded down to-go container. Honestly panda, I'm trying to save money when I come to you. But youve cheated me too many times. Not returning. I tried to order a plate today and it came to 17$. No way. Never again. Bye.

The food tastes good but the workers are nasty as no one washes their hands or where’s gloves!!!! The same person will cook your food, count your money, fix the plate snd dig for ice all with the same bar hands …. I see a sink available at all of them but I’ve never seen anyone wash their hands and I blame the people that own these pandas and I just find it disgusting and further lowering the standards in the fast food industry!!

Well, the very few times that I go to panda express, most of the time is not up to my full expectations. One of the main problems I have is that the food is never super hot as far as temperature. The other problemI have they're noodles.Don't seem to be cooked all the way. In my opinion, it depends on the location you go to. Because sometimes the noodles are excellent. But most of the times at several locations, the noodles or not all the way cooked all the way. I told myself I should have gone to one of my regular chinese spots, that I would have been more pleased.
The food was great and fresh. The store was kind of clean. I did notice a couple of dirty tables. I went around 2:30, so well after the lunch rush. I ordered the last of the orange chicken, my husband behind me also ordered it. The manager lady said it would be 7 minutes for the next batch. He was ok with waiting and went ahead and got his side and one other entree while he waited. We ate and waited for about 20 minutes and did not receive the orange chicken. My husband went to the counter to ask for it. The manager acted super confused and was trying to charge him for another plate. This was the same manager who told us 7 minutes. He did eventually get his orange chicken, but it was not the best experience. I will say the cashier was super nice!
