Love panda, this is one of the good ones. Fried rice was on point today, hw shrimp was really good too. Hw shrimp is my favorite fast food meal ever. Its so frikin delicious.

This is the only location I frequent. As we entered we were never greeted the server Jamaya just stared at us as we approached. Then she finally said what are you getting. I asked did she know the waiting time on the peppered steak that was cooking. She just stood and there she said yeah and never answered the question. There were three of us there was no one else in line, but Jamaya seemed like she was in a rush. She fixed 2 plates my mom was just ordering she was telling her she wanted eggs rolls, but this clown had closed the box bagged everything and rung us up. Then she said you need to come pay down here, she clearly saw us standing in front of the food. Her face said hurry up and she put everything on the same ticket never asked a question. We had to tell her to separate the tickets. She was unprofessional and weird, should not be the first person you encounter when entering a business because she has no customer service skills or manners. On top of that which I know was purposely done when we arrived home I had only mushrooms 2 pieces of steak, she was picking out of the food. I noticed she didn't scoop, it was not filled on that one side. Even my daughter asked me why is she getting the food like that.
AM HERE FOR MY LUNCH AND I WAS WAITING FOR SOMEBODY TO TAKE MY ORDER AND THE PERSON IN FRONT JAMAYA DIDN'T EVEN ASK IF I WAS READY I JUST LEFT NO LUNCH NO WONDER THIS LOCATION GOT NO BUSINESS OR ALMOST NO BUSINESS AM DISAPPOINTED NOT COMING BACK

All these Pandas seem to have the same problems; they are nasty with how the y handle food as the same people that handle the food also handle the money and whatever else is going on and they don’t use gloves and you don’t see anyone regularly washing their hands!!! It’s the same for this one and the one in Hoover 🤮

First time at Panda Express 6/13/25. Food was not good. Spring rolls did not have a good taste or texture. Fried rice was hard/ undercooked & flavorless. Never had bad beef with broccoli until my experience at Panda Express. Noodles had very off putting smell, taste & texture. I do not recall having a meal that was all bad before, but had to throw most of it away unfortunately.

I've only been here maybe once or twice but the food is always fresh, if you have a wait a few minutes it's because they are actually cooking the food. Today they were giving out samples of 2 new drinks.
Maria is amazing, I don't know if she is the manager or one of the owners but her customer service is 1000% she is amazing. Maria goes above and beyond every time and is incredibly nice
