My wife and I have stopped here twice in our travels. We enjoy the healthy menu and atmosphere. Jacob took great care of us yesterday. He brewed a fresh pot of coffee and let us know when it was ready-much needed and appreciated by two weary travelers! Jacob offered great service and a genuine, cheerful smile. Thank you!

Had a great visit with an old friend. The price was great for a small Ceasar salad, a BLT, and two drinks. Lots of room and a clean, bright room made our visit comfortable.

Called in order for pick up. Was ready when I arrived - added a bagel to the order when I got there. Great staff. Helpful and kind.

At 9:04 pm a lady working walked up to our tables and asked if we “missed the memo that they closed 4 minutes ago”. Offered to give us a to go bag for our literal last bite of food and told us to get out. Her words!
It was extremely rude as there were also other customers in there buying desserts.

Super nice Panera bread! The staff were quick and friendly. Lots of different areas to sit down at too.

This is the best Panera I’ve been to in a long time. I brought my two small children and had my hands full. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with getting me situated at a table.

I didn’t review the first time but since it’s a recurrence, it’s time. It is unacceptable to walk into Panera Bread at 9:00 am on a Saturday and not be able to get the bagel I want. This is the 2nd time in a row. This time they had only a handful of bagels period. I just left and will go elsewhere. This means the store is poorly managed. They must not understand par levels and planning. A rarity due to a truck not delivering or something is totally acceptable which is why I didn’t post the first time. This is really bad for business. I just saw the other recent reviews and it looks like there are multiple management problems. It’s really sad. Panera Bread used to be wonderful.

Over $4 spent on this “avocado toast…” I think the picture explains itself. Service is always fast but that doesn’t mean you should sacrifice quality for speed. Do better.

Edit: after attempting to eat it tasted worse than it looks. Avocado was not ripe and bread was somehow soggy and stale at the same time?? Can’t believe this was looked at and sent out this way …

Panera has become overpriced for what you get, service and cleanliness of their restaurants are lacking. Used to be a favorite but no more.

We love Panera, at least we used to love it. The quality of the food has decreased, the politeness of the workers has decreased, the value for your hard earned money, in this horrible recession has not matched up. We ordered TWO Frontega Chicken Sandwiches and they were all bready, doughy and NOT toasted. We couldn't choke through it. There was very very little chicken and it was all bread and so much cheese you'd gag on it. The workers either didn't know how to perform their duties, to which they were paid to do, or they were just too lazy to even toast the sandwiches we PAID for. The broccoli soup was very watery and runny. I'm disappointed with both. We are so tired of paying so much for something and getting garbage. We pay so they may have employment, yet the workers are so lazy or inept they cannot toast the bread? We will take our money somewhere else. How disappointing to not enjoy dinner after working so hard for our money. Please stop hiring lazy and inept workers. If they can't do the job-especially handling the public's FOOD; fire them.
