So bad. Was excited to try the avocado toast, the picture online looks yummy. They just threw a ball of avocado on a slab of rock hard bread. I tried adding seasoning to it for some flavor but it's not even edible. My sandwich was cold and when I did heat it up did not taste good. Had no flavor. No one was in there. Pay 20 bucks for a couple items, just hoped they would try just a littlešŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø won't be back. Many other places to choose from in the area.

I've been a loyal Panera customer for the past 4 years, visiting locations across the country. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. When I arrived to pick up my online order, my coffee was cold, and despite being only a few minutes late, my bagel wasn't ready. In fact, it wasn't even available anymore, so I had to choose a different one. The replacement bagel was burnt, and after I requested a new coffee, the replacement was watery. The tables were also dirty, which made the experience feel less welcoming. That said, the staff was very polite and responsive, which I appreciated. Sadly, this isn't the first time I've had issues like this at Panera. I've had similar experiences in other cities, including Atlanta, Birmingham, and Tuscaloosa. It's frustrating to encounter this inconsistency, especially as someone who has enjoyed Panera in the past.

Awesome Panera Bread location! Yesterday, 12/8/24 when a few friends and I visited, we had a great time hanging out! The food was good and the employees were friendly. The restaurant was very clean. There was a gentleman who spent was constantly cleaning during the last hour that we were there. Additionally he was super friendly and polite. He made our visit so much better!

This and all of the Paneras I have been in recently are disgusting. There are not enough words to describe the filth in these restaurants. This one has what looks and smells like vomit all over the floor. Panera used to be o e of my favorite places, but I will no longer get be eating at any Panera. Just gross! Hard pass!

All I wanted was some fruit and the fruit cups I purchased were slimy and tasted bad. I checked the date and they both were old

Great food! Parking isn’t the best in a shopping center but not Paneras fault. Not many larger tables. More tables for parties of just two people. Friendly employees.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options but also you could make most of their menu vegetarian and still get a decent amount of food.

This Panera usually is a good experience… We showed up the other day and the entire dining hall was 80+ degrees… I was sweating by the time we left.

Could help but notice that the manager on Saturday morning seemed to lack the basic amount of leadship skills required for the job. Someone should train him on the 5 levels of leadership.
But the staff member who helped me was great. He took the initiative to ask me how my day was, verbally confirmed my order, and asked me an authentic customer service question.

Absolutely filthy. Floors were covered with food, I had to ask to have the eggs swept off the floor under my table so they would not get into the bottom of my shoe. A big chunk of cake was sitting on the floor all day. I know that because I was doing work there all afternoon and it was there when I arrived
Someone at the computer by the baked goods was vaping. When I was getting ready to leave, I could see behind the prep area and there were wet towels on counter, employees sitting there on their phones, floor was gross.
Nobody was cleaning the back or front of the house. I have been in food service my whole career so I know the health dept rules about towels, phones, vaping and keeping a restaurant clean. My salad looked nothing like the picture, no pride on making my food. Oh and when I asked for a cup for water, the employee handed my one by the rim with his mayonaissy gloved hand. No there was food on the rim. Gross. Change your gloves and don’t pick up by the rim. I will never go back to that disgusting, filthy, non-food safe facility. Panera should be ashamed and everyone there needs to be fired.
So I am giving no stars for Service and no stars for Atmosphere. Sad when a customer has to clean their table, chair and ask for a broom.

Food is ok.
Small portion size for what u get. Panera portion sizes have been getting smaller over the years.
If you come to this location after 7pm, they will ask u ā€œfor here or to goā€ but they will pack up your food to go regardless of your choice. I guess they don’t like to do dishes at night…
