Im a big papa John's fan. I get it a lot. I was staying at a hotel 2 miles away and I could not get delivery which was disappointing. Said it was out of range. I ordered a pizza and a side of jalapeño pappadillas . I was really looking forward to the jalapeño papa Dallas. The pizza was fine . But I was really dissatisfied with the papadillas . I got some wierd version of them and missing some ingredients. And was not made like a papadilla. See picture for what I got. I...

It’s papa John’s pizza after all and this location’s quality is consistent with other locations. The differences here is the high quality staff. Pizza Hut and Domino’s have both gone down the tubes but PJ has at least maintained quality.

The customer service here has honestly been the best of any delivery we have had in the last 5 years. The management really knows how to take care of their customers and we choose Papa Johns now over the other options because of it. What a breath of fresh air. They made a small mistake and more than made up for a tiny mistake. All you have to do is approach then kindly, (as you should in life anyway) and they respond the same. 5 stars!
