The restaurant has been part of the neighborhood for over almost 30 years, serving comfort food with caring service. The interior is nicely decorated and clean. The Hot & Sour Soup is a standout, always fresh, clear soup with perfect low sour taste, no clumps of jelly lumps, and generous large pieces of egg drops. Other menu highlights include the Kung Pao chicken, which is delicious and a good value as a lunch special with fried rice, soup, and egg roll, as well as general so's chicken and szechuan chicken. Egg rolls are hot and fresh, and the seafood soup is wonderful. The hot mustard is spicy but a little too watery. Employees are friendly and polite, even helping a customer with a dead battery late at night. The waitress is professional and prompt, and everything ordered arrives hot and in short time. This is a favorite spot for many, with delicious food that keeps customers coming back regularly.
