Reached out to them via email, Oct. 21, about an order I was unsatisfied with. They responded to that initial email, but haven’t responded to any of the other emails I sent when I requested a refund
Not sure about the food ordered at 11:30 delivery never came went to store not even in the oven at 1:15 driver guy is nice , cook is super angry and in need of a career change.
I will just say not how I wanted to spend my 30 min lunch.
Do better owners really should hire someone to help.

Was turned away from the door 10 minutes before the advertised closing time. Do not advertise a closing time you are not prepared to honor.
They're horrible. DO NOT order here they will take your money and food and say that its delivered and then won't pick the phone up when you call them to see what's going on with your food

Walked in to place an order. Was greeted and told to wait as the person making pizzas was the only one who could take my order. I stood at the front counter for 15 minutes. Noone came over to take my order. A door dasher walked in and was greeted and given their food. Still Noone came over to simply take an order and give me a wait time. Do better.
Overall good service and on time delivery
Businesses need to start holding their team members accountable for customer service. The pandemic is over, and there are many people eager to find work. Companies should not feel that this is the only talent available to them anymore.
I recently called 2/25/25 to find out if there was a way to indicate online that I would be tipping the delivery driver in cash. When I reached out to the store for assistance, the young lady on the phone sounded as if someone was forcing her to work. I asked to speak to the manager, only to find out that the young lady was indeed the manager.
With that kind of attitude, I think I’ll keep my $50 and cook something instead. I hope this review leads to her receiving some training. Alternatively, someone may want to speak with her about her career choices, as it seems she does not truly want to be part of the Papa John’s team.
Ordered pizza online for delivery today that Never arrived. call to inquire about the status of my order and talked to the most RUDEST Mgr. J. She showed no concern for me getting my order and told me it take 30 days to get a refund. No desire to check with the driver or make another pizza. POOR CUSTOMER SVC AND BAD ATTITUDE THE WORST EVER.
