Walked in to place an order. Was greeted and told to wait as the person making pizzas was the only one who could take my order. I stood at the front counter for 15 minutes. Noone came over to take my order. A door dasher walked in and was greeted and given their food. Still Noone came over to simply take an order and give me a wait time. Do better.

Businesses need to start holding their team members accountable for customer service. The pandemic is over, and there are many people eager to find work. Companies should not feel that this is the only talent available to them anymore.

I recently called 2/25/25 to find out if there was a way to indicate online that I would be tipping the delivery driver in cash. When I reached out to the store for assistance, the young lady on the phone sounded as if someone was forcing her to work. I asked to speak to the manager, only to find out that the young lady was indeed the manager.

With that kind of attitude, I think I’ll keep my $50 and cook something instead. I hope this review leads to her receiving some training. Alternatively, someone may want to speak with her about her career choices, as it seems she does not truly want to be part of the Papa John’s team.

Ordered pizza online for delivery today that Never arrived. call to inquire about the status of my order and talked to the most RUDEST Mgr. J. She showed no concern for me getting my order and told me it take 30 days to get a refund. No desire to check with the driver or make another pizza. POOR CUSTOMER SVC AND BAD ATTITUDE THE WORST EVER.

So I called in a single, large, 3-topping pizza, roughly 30 minutes before kickoff. Was told it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. I rolled up 20 minutes later. About 5 people are already waiting in the 2x15 sq ft lobby. No worries, as they were slowly receiving their food. I was finally addressed and my order’s status was checked. I was informed my order would be ready in 20 minutes, as they are behind. Okay cool, I’ll just deposit 20 more minutes into my now 40 minute investment, these things happen. Within that 20 minutes the premises began to swarm with customers and door dashers. Unbeknownst at the time, I was (falsely) relieved that I had at least gotten ahead of the madness. My new promise time comes and goes. The lobby is now shoulder to shoulder with people and staff arriving by the second. I was offered a new promise time of “should be a few minutes.” This false hope carried me another 20 minutes. I’ve now got a whole hour invested into my 1 pizza, 20 minute promise-time carry-out. My thumb is now on the ejector seat’s button. I told myself, 5 more minutes and I’ve got no choice but to leave (rather than pay full price to be strung along). Well about 3 minutes into that 5 minute countdown, the oven-master belted out “I’m missing a large pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon!!” Guess whose pizza that was…yup, this guy’s. I hit the ejector button, got my refund, and burned rubber until that fiasco got smaller and smaller in my rearview mirror.
p.s. I really had high hopes as I have not had a papa John’s in years. I’ll never attempt to purchase another

Hands down the worst papa johns in the country. I used to work here, and it wasn't this bad. Pizza showing up 2 hours later. Shows up cold. Missing the extra sauces you paid for. You call to get it fixed and they bounce you around on hold, are flat out rude, or they hang up on you. I've been hung up on by team members, laughed at, and straight ignored. I've tried for the last 2 years to give it a chance, but 1 thing you can count on.
The pizza will show up cold, and they will not do anything about it. In fact, they will act like you are the problem.

Will never order from here again.

I ordered delivery today. I ordered the Shaqeroni pizza. Not only was I given the box half open, it wasn’t even the right pizza. When I drove myself there to get the correct pizza, the genera manager refused to give me my pizza because I ordered through door dash and they had refunded me. She then refused to give me her name. I order here weekly and I will NEVER order here again. She needs to be fired and I’ll find her name out soon for her to be on the local news.

I ordered a Pizza through their mobile app and it said it would take 45 minutes. After an hour I called the store and they said it was on its was. The pizza never arrived and they took my money and never gave it back. No pizza and down $35! Do not order from this location! They could have just told the truth and refunded my money. I left a review vie the email and they never got back to me or gave me my money back. Thieves!
