I drive 21mins to buy bottles of their house salad dressing. It's superb! Not hyperbole. They sell it in large bottles, and the complex entropy of the shaken contents reminds me of the 70's lava lamps as the ingredients swirl. But the flavor is lovely!

I lack the words to fully describe the goodness of this place.

Pita Stop gets my vote as the most intolerant restaurant in town regarding customers with food allergies. The menu Says No Substitutions in all caps. They staff won't make an exception. They harken back to the bad old days when many restraints were like this-but that was the 1980s. If you have allergies, don't go here.

I got to the Pita Stop just after closing. I took a chance that they still may be open, but the manager apologized and confirmed they were done for the night. I thanked him, and as I was walking out the door, he stopped me and said the grill was still on and to come on back in. I asked him if there was something simple he could prepare for me, but he insisted I order anything I wanted from the dinner menu. I ordered the steak kabobs and waited on my order. When the food was ready, the manager asked if I would like to stay to have my dinner, as the restaurant was empty, and I was already appreciative of his kindness, I declined and took my food home. The steak kabob was outstanding, tender and flavorful. The rice was very tasty and the Greek salad with fresh fruit on the side was delicious. It's hard to find this type of service anywhere these days, I am very appreciative to the manager (I'm so sorry I didn't get his name, and it wasn't on my receipt) but I will be telling all my friends and family about the hospitality I received. Please go to The Pita Stop. You will not be disappointed.

Seemed it was not the best day for everyone but still tried to have a good atmosphere. Good food, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Food was very plain — chicken was dry, salad comes with one of each topping (one piece of feta, one olive, one tomato, etc…) and no dressing. Hummus was the best part. Lunch portion is fine for the price, but I’ve had better quality food in Birmingham.

For lunch to go I had a veggie trio platter with falafel, hummus & lentil soup. Delicious! Falafel was on served on top of a small salad with picked radish. Excellent meal.

One small annoyance, they didn’t put utensils in the bag.

This place is great. I recommend anybody to try this. You will not be disappointed the Philly Steak is 2nd to none and the Chicken kebab plate will not leave you empty please check this Mediterranean place out.

I’ve been here a couple times with family after celebration events. The staff is always very attentive and polite.

The food is fresh and delicious. I get the combination appetizer as my meal. SO good! The ambience is pleasant. I have only been for dinner, but I’m sure the service and food are amazing for lunch as well! I highly recommend experiencing the pita stop!
