I drive 21mins to buy bottles of their house salad dressing. It's superb! Not hyperbole. They sell it in large bottles, and the complex entropy of the shaken contents reminds me of the 70's lava lamps as the ingredients swirl. But the flavor is lovely!
I got to the Pita Stop just after closing. I took a chance that they still may be open, but the manager apologized and confirmed they were done for the night. I thanked him, and as I was walking out the door, he stopped me and said the grill was still on and to come on back in. I asked him if there was something simple he could prepare for me, but he insisted I order anything I wanted from the dinner menu. I ordered the steak kabobs and waited on my order. Food was very plain — chicken was dry, salad comes with one of each topping (one piece of feta, one olive, one tomato, etc…) and no dressing. Hummus was the best part. Lunch portion is fine for the price, but I’ve had better quality food in Birmingham.
