I came here with my family after my college graduation to celebrate. Since it was a special occasion, I brought a cake. We were then told it would cost $5 per person just to eat our own cake in the restaurant for “safety reasons.” For a celebration of such a major milestone, this felt excessive and disappointing.
After we expressed our frustration, which I think anyone would in that situation, the waitresses began giving us looks and made us feel unwelcome. Instead of understanding that we were simply upset about an unexpected charge, the atmosphere became uncomfortable and uninviting. This really took away from what should have been a joyful night.
To make matters worse, the pizza itself was average at best and not worth the high prices. Between the service and the experience overall, I won’t be returning.

Great food but extremely overpriced. Terrible service and was getting talked behind our backs. Music was way too loud and I could barely talk to the people across the table from me.

Pizza (white with sausage) and garlic bread were excellent. Would have preferred a true apple pie with pastry crust rather than the yummy apple filling served on pizza dough. Washing your hands is a bit inconvenient - walk outside the restaurant down the open air corridor, then into another building

Had an amazing experience at pizza Grace. I’ve ordered to go many times but this was my first time dining in. I’ll keep it short and say that the staff is SO NICE and the pizza was incredible. We got a Pepperoni and then the sweet potato and bacon one and they were both flawless. Garlic bread was unreal and the farro salad. 10/10.

Great pizza! Their garlic flat bread was amazing. The only thing I could say that wasn’t a positive is—I didn’t see a restroom in the place! Save room for desert, the gelato place right next door is worth it!

Beautiful little pizza shop in downtown Birmingham. It was a little noisy, but we were there on a Saturday night so that was to be expected. Highly recommend the hot honey on anything you decide to order. The beer they had on top was excellent and our server was very polite, albeit definitely running maybe one too many tables. Well worth the price for a quality date night pizza.

First visit. Weekday lunch. Pizza was almost completely lacking in cheese. Mentioned it to the waiter when he came to check back and got no reaction other than a shrug of agreement and oh well guess he needs to put more cheese on the next one. I had the Margherita, the other person in my party had a different pizza and it was fine.
